We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant / QA / Health & Safety Coordinator at our Mount Pearl, Newfoundland branch. This dynamic role supports administrative operations, health and safety compliance, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems

Code and enter general expense invoices from suppliers on a daily basis

Prepare daily bank deposits

Provide backup support for switchboard operations during breaks

Process invoices for materials, freight, and outsourced services

File supplier invoices as needed

Cross-train with other administrative roles to provide departmental coverage as required

Support additional duties or projects as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting is a strong asset

High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills

Strong analytical, time management, and organizational abilities

Proficient with computers and office software

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated, professional, and courteous
Preferred Qualifications:

Basic understanding of manufacturing business cycle transactions

1–2 years of prior office experience
