We are currently seeking a motivated, results-oriented individual with high integrity for the position of Credit/Admin Clerk in our Langley, BC branch. Reporting to the Regional Credit Manager you will be responsible for performing cash application processing, payment reception and processing and a variety of daily tasks & activities supporting the regional credit department. In respect of company policies and procedures, your main duties will include, posting payments & corrections, record keeping and preparing reports. To excel in this role, you must be a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a high volume & routine environment. Also, you must possess solid organizational skills and demonstrate clear and concise communication strengths.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Accounts Receivable payment Batches daily (cheques, cash, EFT’s, credit card).
  • Input & management of credit card information using Moneris “Vault” & “3DSecure” daily.
  • Processing of spot credit card payments.
  • Identify and communicate problems with customer payments to the Credit Manager or appropriate credit analyst.
  • Support and maintain compliance with the company policies and local laws that regulate the business.
  • Contribute to problem solving & continuous improvement through healthy communications.
  • Bank deposits duties (requires own vehicle).
  • Routinely perform administrative duties as assigned.
  • Duty of confidentiality and accountability, report to Regional Credit Manager. 

Equipment and Physical Skills Required:

  • Experience in basic accounting or administration (viewed as favorable).
  • Good organizational skills, time management and prioritization to deliver as scheduled.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to details. 
  • Honest, comfortable with the duty of confidentiality.
  • Well versed with computer environment (MS excel, Word,…).
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Yearly Salary: $43,400 - $54,300
