Color Steels Inc. is currently seeking an individual for the position of Customer Service in our Thornhill, ON location. 

Vacancy Status: Existing Vacancy

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Prepare and follow up quotations, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing
• May perform other activities such as cross training

Education and Skills Required:

• Product knowledge and related customer service experience would be an asset
• Work collaboratively with scheduling, sales, purchasing, operations and logistics
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Good computer skills (including MS Office) & ability to learn & use our new ERP system
• Strong customer focus

Base Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000
